COPD (all subjects)
Early onset
of pulmonary emphysema
Liver disease
of unknown cause
Asthma whose
spirometry fails to return to normal with therapy
Family members
of known AAT-deficient patients
Dyspnea and
cough occurring in multiple family members
Adults with
bronchiectasis without event etiology
Unexplained
panniculitis and anti-proteinase-3 vasculitis
